I love a good sexy look with a bra and panties, or a super cute bodysuit with tons of lace. But I love a casual look just as much! Something super sexy about a beautiful woman lounging around in a cozy outfit that she might wear around the house. I think it even ups the sexiness level for some men, cause they can really see you possibly wearing that around the house.

So I’m gonna share some awesome tips on how to get the best casual looks from your session!

Everyday Clothes

What do you feel comfortable and confident in that you might wear every day? This is a great place to start when thinking of outfits. Maybe your always in a sweatshirt or a big t-shirt with holes in it. Well just wear that with a pair of cheeky underwear and you are good to go.

Do you have a button-down shirt from Hubby? That can be super sexy!

Oversized Clothes

We all know the look I’m talking about! The giant cozy sweater. With some cute undies with a good book or cup of coffee. Maybe some sexy knee-high socks to complete the coziness! A big shirt or sweater with no bra can do wonders!

This is such a fun and flirty look, it covers up so it’s all left to the imagination but so sexy because of that. I love to have the sweater slip off the shoulder just showing the collarbone and shoulder. Honestly, the collarbone is just super sexy to me. Our eyes are drawn to lines and angular lines so the collarbone frames your face and points the viewer to your heart. Just showing this off is the perfect classy way to have a super sexy image.

Ditch the top

Yep, you read that right! Just lose the top and it’s instantly sexy! You can pair your jeans with a cute bra, a comfy bra, or no bra at all! I have done it all and all the options look amazing for sure! You can use your hands as a bra, one of my bridal clients brought in some beautiful white daisies and used that to cover. I know it’s a popular trend right now but I will try just about anything out! I think it looks so amazing. ANd I usually try and change up things to make them unique to me and my client vs copying other photographers.

Wrap yourself in some sheets!

My personal favorite! Nothing says sexy and not trying too hard like seeing a beautiful woman wrapped in a white sheet. I think of those beautiful movies where the couple that are vacationing in Europe and she just rolls out of bed in a sheet to have breakfast. Because she just couldn’t be bothered to put on any clothes.

I have a zillion things I can do in a sheet. I can make it uber sexy, or soft and demure. Longing and wanting. The emotion when all clothes are removed is amazing and very strong.

What you wear is completely up to you, and when you get to the studio I will help you every step of the way to choose the best pieces to fit your vision. Every one of my clients is different and they get a different experience. I don’t shoot the same things every time the same poses and angles. I like to be a little more relaxed and go with the flow.

There are so many things you can do for a boudoir session that it’s never one size fits all. And you would have to come to me for 10 sessions to do everything. So many different outfit options, lighting, and posing options it just can’t be done in one session.
