ere are a few ways that mothers can try to feel sexy:
Take care of yourself: It’s important to prioritize self-care in order to feel good about yourself. This can include things like taking care of your physical health by getting enough sleep, eating well, and exercising, as well as taking time for activities that make you feel good, like getting a massage or taking a bubble bath.

Massages are a classic spa treatment that can help to relax the muscles and reduce stress and tension. There are many different types of massages to choose from, including Swedish massage, hot stone massage, and aromatherapy massage.
Facials are a great way to relax and rejuvenate the skin. They typically include cleansing, exfoliation, and a variety of treatments like steam, masks, and massages.
Manicures and pedicures are a great way to pamper and relax, and can include services like nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish.
Body wraps are a spa treatment that involves wrapping the body in warm, moisturizing cloths or wraps. They can be relaxing and can help to nourish and hydrate the skin.
Soaking in a hot tub or spending time in a sauna can be a great way to relax and unwind. The heat and steam can help to relax the muscles and soothe soreness.
Remember to communicate with your spa therapist about your preferences and any specific areas of concern. They will be able to customize your treatment to meet your needs and help you relax and unwind. If you can find a spa that has multiple things then go for a day of pampering. Get your hair done, a massage, facial, steam room and jacuzzi! My favorite place near me is Gigi’s Salon and Spa with a brand new building and services.
Get dressed up: Take the time to dress up and feel good about your appearance. Wear clothes that make you feel confident and sexy, and don’t be afraid to experiment with different styles and looks.

Cider – Some super cute outfits and good prices (I got myself a super cute sweater set and duck print sweater I’m obsessed with!
Victoria’s Secret – They has some great clothes and you can get a new set of underwear so you feel sext from top to bottom!
Express – I have never not been happy walking into express and am always able to find something that makes me feel amazing!
Practice positive self-talk: It’s important to focus on the things you like about yourself, rather than dwelling on your flaws. Practice positive self-talk and remind yourself of all the amazing things you do as a mother.
Find time for intimacy: Make time for intimacy with your partner, whether it’s through physical intimacy or simply spending quality time together. Being close with your partner can help you feel more connected and sexy.

Make a plan to spend time with your partner, set the date and stick to it. When the kids are at school go on a lunch date. Have the babysitter over and go out just the two of you with your new clothes and feeling new again. Even an hour alone can bring you closer to your partner.
Practice self-acceptance: It’s important to learn to accept and embrace your body, flaws and all. It’s okay to have imperfections, and learning to love and appreciate your body can help you feel more confident and sexy.
